6 What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us Dripforge@my.com immediately. To process your return request, you must provide:
- Photos of the product from different angles
- A video clearly showing the damaged area
Make sure all images and videos are clear and visibly highlight the damage. Once we review the documentation, we will provide you with the next steps for a replacement or refund.
